Cleaning status
Force Clean
Many of you asked for a way to clear your AACGUARD record without waiting for an appeal. This is that way: pay once, and your flagged verdicts show as CLEAN to everyone.
Added because many players requested itRead this first: the verdict is hidden, not cleaned
- Not reviewed, not deleted. AACGUARD staff do not look at the scan and do not decide it was a false positive. The original verdict, score and every finding stay in our records.
- Shown as clean to others. Anyone who opens the scan sees the verdict CLEAN, and everything inside it reads Force cleaned by user.
- Only past scans. New scans are judged as usual. A new flagged scan shows publicly and can ban you again.
- Think the verdict is wrong? Appeal it for free instead: if staff agree, the scan is cleaned for real.

Questions
Is my scan really cleaned?
No. The verdict is hidden, not cleaned. AACGUARD keeps the original verdict, score and findings, and staff do not review the scan. Everyone else sees CLEAN and FORCE CLEANED BY USER.
What is the difference with an appeal?
An appeal is free and is reviewed by AACGUARD staff. If they agree the verdict was wrong, the scan is cleaned for real. Force Clean is instant, but nobody checks it.
Does it cover my next scans?
No. Only the scans you have when you pay. New scans are judged as usual and a new flagged scan can ban you again.
Which option lifts my ban?
Only option 3. Options 1 and 2 hide verdicts but keep an existing AACGUARD ban. VAC and game bans from Steam are never affected: AACGUARD cannot change those.
Can I get a refund?
Force Clean is applied the moment you pay, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends at checkout. If something does not work as described, contact us before opening a PayPal dispute. A refunded or disputed payment puts the original verdicts and bans back.
